Get Stuff Done

September 18, 2020 by Scott Moon Leave a Comment

One of the most important decisions I’ve made this week has been this: I’m taking responsibility for my hips. And by that, I mean really taking the time to do the rehab exercises I’ve been assigned over the years and stretching consistently.

Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are natural hip openers. They demand mobility, strength, and flexibility. And I love practicing martial arts. So this is another daily chore that’s a double win for me.

I am committed to getting three hours of writing every single day, even if I have to write during a stretching routine or on the Peloton bike. A focused writing session might be better, but I am in the “do whatever it takes to make my dreams come true” mindset right now.

I hope you are as well.

Do what you can, the best you can, and that is enough.

It has to be, right?
